About the Author

James Routledge is the Founder and CEO of Sanctus, a purpose-driven organisation with a mission to transform perceptions around mental health and put the world's first mental health gym on the high street. He founded Sanctus after his own experiences with poor mental health, which he documented on his viral Medium blog.
