About the Author
Victoria Glass is a London-based food writer and recipe developer. She has made cakes for, among others, The Prince’s Trust and The Royal British Legion and was the Roald Dahl Museum's first ever Gastronomic Writer in Residence. She has written six cookbooks, including Deliciously Chocolate, Baking Mash-up and Boozy Shakes for Ryland Peters & Small.
