About the Author

James Routledge is the Founder and CEO of Sanctus, a purpose-driven organisation with a mission to transform perceptions around mental health and put the world's first mental health gym on the high street. He founded Sanctus after his own experiences with poor mental health, which he documented on his viral Medium blog. Since then, James has built a strong social media network which works to break down stigma around the topic of mental health and, through Sanctus, has coached over 10,000 employees directly on how to improve their mental wellbeing.
