When is it too late to embrace love again?
Ellie Belliveau has written off love. At 58, she's tragically lost the man of her dreams and is shouldering the responsibility of her family's winery. But then an old friend confesses, a captivating stranger offers a deeper connection, and Ellie's carefully constructed walls start to crack.
A later-in-life romance of love lost, love found, and the courage to begin again.
Amidst the sun-soaked vines of Provence, Elyse Belliveau's heart is torn between a new love and old promises.
One year ago, Elyse Belliveau's world shattered when she tragically lost the man of her dreams. A pillar of strength at her family's centuries-old winery in sun-soaked Provence, she vowed never to love again.
But fate has other plans. When an old friend confesses his undying devotion, and a mysterious stranger tempts her with a second chance at happiness, Elyse is caught off guard. Yet a mystery surrounds this stranger. Is he truly as wonderful as he seems?
As emotions she thought long buried resurface, Elyse finds herself at a crossroads. At fifty-eight, is she being foolish to risk her heart again, or is love worth the leap?
After all, is it ever too late for love?
A Garden of Promises is the second book in the captivating Chateau de Belliveau series. A heartwarming tale of love, loss, and new beginnings set in the beautiful south of France.

About the Author
I specialize in crafting delightful tales of sweet, destination romance and epic fantasy. My days are also filled with educating young minds and navigating the open roads, as I carry a license to drive anything on wheels (with or without my signature stilettoes and lipstick).
I grew up and still reside on the family farm near Marshall, Saskatchewan, Canada. We raise Charolais cattle and gophers (the latter being purely coincidental and highly unappreciated). Though I love the Canadian countryside, my passions lie in exploring new destinations and writing. That's why you'll find enchanting locations woven through my work.
Each romance is set in an exotic location we all would love to visit. This allows my readers to journey alongside relatable characters as their ordinary lives transform into extraordinary adventures. With twists and turns along the way, there's never a dull moment-but always a happy ending.
I also delve into the realm of fantasy. From the time I was a child (hundreds of years ago), I've been enamoured with magical worlds and fantastical creatures. There was nothing so wonderful as to flee my mundane life and find myself in Middle Earth or Narnia, transported into other worlds. This translated into a lifelong dream to write those same sorts of tales.
Thankfully, it came true.
My home is shared with three feline friends, because no self-respecting author can go without at least one. I take great pride in my four children who are making their own mark on the world. When not lost in the pages of a book or tapping away at another novel, you can find me shoveling endless amounts of snow, creating decadent desserts, or strumming my guitar and singing folk songs (not necessarily in that order, since shovelling does tend to work off a large caloric intake).
With each new book I write, you are invited to step into my world and embark upon a new adventure. And don't be surprised if you spot me feverishly tapping out another novel. It's just the magic of storytelling taking hold once again...
Happy reading!
