Good Energy
Good Energy by Dr. Casey Means is a transformative exploration into the hidden drivers of modern-day diseases and a beacon of hope for those seeking to optimise their health and well-being. This enlightening book delves into the revolutionary concept that many chronic health conditions such as depression, anxiety, infertility, insomnia, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer's, dementia, and cancer might share a common underlying cause—our metabolic function.
Dr. Means offers a compelling narrative that is meticulously woven with cutting-edge research, personal anecdotes, and actionable strategies. She introduces readers to the groundbreaking idea that the key to preventing and even reversing these ailments lies in understanding how efficiently our body's cells produce and use energy. When cells function optimally, they generate what Dr. Means refers to as 'good energy,' which is essential for maintaining both physical and mental health.
As you turn the pages of Good Energy, you will embark on an enlightening journey that demystifies the complex processes of metabolism and provides practical tools to reclaim control over your health. Dr. Means presents an essential four-week plan that is backed by scientific insights and is designed to help you harness the power of 'good energy.' This plan includes a range of strategies, from diet to lifestyle modifications, that have the potential to transform your well-being.
