Book Hero Magic formatted this description to make it easier to read. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Description

Spy x Family, Vol. 1 by Tatsuya Endo combines thrilling action with delightful comedy in a story about an unconventional family bound by secrets. In a world teetering on the brink of war, the fate of numerous lives rests in the skilled hands of the world's most accomplished spy, known only by his codename, Twilight. Renowned for his ability to master any disguise and complete the most perilous missions, Twilight faces his most challenging assignment yet: to create a fake family in order to infiltrate an esteemed private school.

Twilight's mission is clear but seemingly impossible. He must adopt the guise of a devoted family man, demanding the impossible from a lone wolf like him. To complicate matters further, he unwittingly chooses a wife, Yor, who leads a secret life as a lethal assassin, and a daughter, Anya, who possesses the ability to read minds. Despite their hidden truths, each member of this fabricated family unexpectedly finds fulfilment in their newfound roles.

Set against a backdrop of espionage and subterfuge, Spy x Family, Vol. 1 explores themes of trust, identity, and the definition of family. As the narrative unfolds, readers are drawn into a world where each character's hidden life is intricate and suspense-filled, while the comedy arises from their endearing and bungling attempts to appear as an ordinary family.

A masterful blend of intrigue, humour, and heart, Tatsuya Endo's creation promises a captivating experience as Twilight navigates his double life, learning that even the most expertly crafted façade can lead to genuine bonds.
