Upon returning to Japan, chaos ensues wherever Yaiba goes! Destined to become a legendary hero, Yaiba must learn to be a true samurai and save the world.
Armed with his new special move, the Lightning Slash, Yaiba and his allies launch their assault on Onimaru Castle. Standing in their way are Onimaru's dreaded Four Devil Kings: Yakitori the Anglerfish, Chameleon Bonaparte, Super Gorilla, and Tortoise Europa. After battling through these formidable foes, the stage is set for a showdown with Onimaru himself. When these two warriors unleash the power of the Wind God and the Thunder God through their swords, will either of them remain standing?

About the Author
Gosho Aoyama made his debut in 1986 with Chotto Mattete (Wait a Minute), which won Shogakukanβs prestigious Shinjin Comic Taisho (Newcomerβs Award for Comics) and launched his career as a critically acclaimed, top-selling manga artist. In addition to Case Closed, which won the Shogakukan Manga Award in 2001, Aoyama created the popular manga Yaiba: Samurai Legend, which won the Shogakukan Manga Award in 1993. Aoyamaβs manga is greatly influenced by his boyhood love for mystery, adventure, and baseball, and he has cited the tales of ArsΓ¨ne Lupin and Sherlock Holmes, along with the samurai films of Akira Kurosawa, as some of his childhood favorites.
