Debbie has been involved in writing and the craft world for pretty much all of her life but in 1997 she made it into a profession. Now, besides regularly designing projects and writing columns for magazines and websites such as QuiltNow, Sew Mama Sew, AllFreeSewing and FaveQuilts, she runs her popular blog where she shares her designs for sewing and quilts as well as papercraft, scrapbooking, card making, beading, jewellery and mixed media projects. Her first sewing book with Search Press, The Bag Boutique, was a global success, and she has since written a second inspired by the lagom movement.
