About the Author

Hollie Hughes is a hugely talented picture book author. Having three children of her own, she is perfectly tuned in to the reading habits and tastes of young children. She is the author of several much-loved picture books, including Princess Swashbuckle, and the bestselling, award-winning The Girl and the Dinosaur, illustrated by Sarah Massini. Hollie lives in Essex with her family. Anna Wilson was born in Australia’s Snowy Mountains, and has spent most of her adult life travelling the world. She is inspired by people and places and loves working as a freelance designer and illustrator. She enjoys storms and snow and is happiest running in the mountains, drawing in the streets of new cities, or imagining up new characters and worlds. She lives in a cottage by the sea in Cornwall.
