Rajita, a seasoned leader with 25+ years of experience (19 at Google leading global learning & development), brings a diverse background in advertising, sales, and people development. As a certified coach, she empowers managers, individuals, and entrepreneurs. A doctor by training, Rajita's passions for Indian music and yoga influence her coaching, guiding clients to reach their full potential. She believes every aspect of life is interconnected, and everyone has the ability to excel.
