About the Author
Harry Woodgate (they/them) is a multi-award-winning author and illustrator, whose debut picture book Grandadβs Camper won the British Book Awards for Children's Illustrated Book of the Year and the Waterstones Childrenβs Book Prize, was shortlisted for the Polari Prize, and named as an ALA Stonewall Honor Book. It was inspired by their university dissertation, which revealed a lack of representation for older LGBTQIA+ characters in childrenβs books. Their work has also been shortlisted for the V&A Illustration Awards, and the Folio Society Book Illustration Competition twice. When theyβre not creating amazing books, they love writing music, cycling, baking, and exploring independent coffee shops and bookstores. Anna Wilson has been a published author for twenty years, writing over 50 books for children, including picture books, novels, early readers and the novelisation for Paddington 2: the Story of the Movie. Once an editor, she now loves to write, and runs creative writing schools across the UK. Anna lives near Penzance in Cornwall.
