About the Author

Andrew Daddo (Author) Andrew Daddo has managed to have a crack at just about every aspect of the entertainment industry. He's appeared on TV and stage, presented radio programs and podcasts, and even made movies. Best of all, Andrew is an accomplished author. He has written 25 books including picture books, chapter books, short story collections, novels and a vague biography - he's hard to pin down. He also talks up literacy in schools. Jonathan Bentley (Illustrator) Jonathan Bentley has illustrated over fifty books for authors including Shaun Micallef, Margaret Wild, Patrick Guest, Andrew Daddo, Lian Tanner, Glenda Millard, P. Crumble and Jo Kasch. He has also written and illustrated eleven of his own. Along the way Jon has won the NSW Premier's Literary Award 2020 and the Tasmanian Premier's Literary Award 2022, and has also been shortlisted for the Prime Minister's Literary award, CBCA awards, an ABIA award, and the White Raven, all for picture books. His books have been enjoyed by children all over the world. He grew up in West Yorkshire, England, and lives and works between Australia and Europe with his wife and two kids.
