Stranger Things: Into the Fire delves into the mysterious world beyond Hawkins Lab, capturing the struggles of powerful children trying to lead normal lives after their escape. However, life outside comes at a steep cost.

Nine was left behind in Hawkins Lab, comatose and alone. She now exists in a fractured reality of her own creation, under the watchful eyes of doctors unaware of the psychic volcano building inside her. This internal force threatens to erupt at any moment, obliterating the entire hospital.

Three and Nine's twin sister escaped the lab years ago and have been on the run ever since. Just as they are settling into a new life, the lab makes national news, shattering their semblance of normalcy. They pack up and hit the road, hoping to find and help other kids. When Kali (number Eight) informs them that Nine is still alive, it becomes a race against the clock to save a beloved sister from both the doctors who keep her and the delusions threatening to irreparably fracture her psyche.

This graphic novel is perfectly penned by writer Jody Houser, known for her work on Critical Role and Star Wars: Tie Fighter, features kinetic pencils by Ryan Kelly (New York Four, Star Wars), and tight inks by Le Beau Underwood (Catwoman, Immortal Hulk). As the third book in the Stranger Things comics line, it takes the story into brand new territory.
