Set in late Victorian London, teenage musician Etta is visiting the city with her family when she meets Samuel, a mudlarker. Samuel has found a mysterious parcel on the bank of the River Thames with a cryptic message, and an adventure unfolds that will have them chasing across London to find the next clue.
