About the Author

Sally is a mum of two who loves chocolate, dogs, and writing stories for kids that are full of giggles and fun. She lives in northern Tasmania with her husband and two children. When Sally isn't busy being a taxi for her kids, she can be found with a pen in one hand and a sizeable chocolate stash in the other. Β  NoemieΒ grew up in a small coastal town in New Brunswick, Canada, never far from the ocean. Since childhood, she has been torn between two dreams: becoming a doctor and illustrating children’s booksβ€”and eventually chose both. Today she balances her life as a rheumatologist with her work in her home studio, where she draws and paints with her three kids often playing (or β€œhelping”) nearby, and her cat supervising from a safe distance. She works both digitally and traditionally, creating engaging illustrations, usually with a funny twist!
