Frank Lloyd Wright: The Houses showcases the iconic contributions of Frank Lloyd Wright to twentieth-century American architecture. Widely recognised for his residential designs, Wright's work continues to be the subject of both admiration and debate.

Fallingwater (1935), his seminal masterpiece set dramatically over a waterfall in the Pennsylvania highlands, is arguably the most renowned private residence in history. Moreover, Wright's other creations, such as the Prairie style Robie House (1906) in Chicago, the Storer (1923) and Freeman (1923) houses in Los Angeles, and Taliesin West (1937) in the Arizona desert, are quintessential examples of modern architectural design.

For the first time, this book presents all 289 extant houses in breathtaking colour photographs. Complementing the stunning imagery, a selection of floor plans and archival images is featured. The text also includes essays by several leading Wright scholars, making Frank Lloyd Wright: The Houses a significant event and an important contribution to literature on this titan of modern architecture.
