DescriptionHow to Stay Sane in an Age of Division by Elif Shafak is a compelling and crucial read, especially in today's fragmented world. As societal rifts deepen and misinformation flourishes, Shafak’s work becomes an essential guide on how to navigate the chaos with clarity and hope.
This eloquent, pocket-sized book offers a profound exploration into the current state of our world. Shafak dissects the pervasive pessimism and the emotional turbulence that grip our politics and personal lives. She questions how we can hold onto our optimism in such troubling times and proposes nurturing the parts of ourselves that hunger for hope, trust, and a belief in a better future. In How to Stay Sane in an Age of Division, Shafak eloquently merges personal memoir with a broader social commentary.
