Thich Nhat Hanh, known as "the monk who taught the world mindfulness" (Time), provides readers with an insightful guide on how to cultivate deep listening skills to enhance communication, foster understanding, and nourish relationships.

Thich Nhat Hanh’s gentle yet profound approach helps us recognize that deep listening is not just a skill but a way of being. He shows us how listening with full presence and genuine empathy can transform our interactions and help bridge the gap between people, both in personal relationships and in wider societal contexts. The book sheds light on the importance of listening to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us, including Mother Earth, and encourages us to heed the many 'bells of mindfulness' available to us in every moment.
