Her research interests include mentoringrelationships, work-family issues, organizational citizenshipbehavior, and occupational health psychology. Her research has beenpublished in journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of VocationalBehavior. Lillian T. Eby is Associate Professor of Psychology atthe University of Georgia. Her research focuses on workplacementoring, job-related relocation, career success, the work-familyinterface, and gender issues in organizations.
