Today we celebrated (with cake!) a milestone on our Book Hero journey that means so much to us - 1,000 5-Star reviews on Google.

When we started Book Hero we knew very clearly we wanted to build a business we'd be proud to work for - and for us, this meant happy customers. As a team we work hard to look after customers with fast overnight delivery on a growing range of amazing books, and doing our best to put things right when things go wrong. 

We're proud that over 1,000 customers have taken time to leave a review on Google and share with other readers the positive experience they've had at Book Hero. Reviews not only help us grow by spreading the word, they also brighten our day. Like all small businesses we've experienced some very challenging days mentally, and the positive encouragement from customers lifted our spirits no end. We share reviews in our group chat and some days it honestly made all the difference.

Quite simply, without customers we don't have a business - and 8 months ago, we didn't have any customers at all! We know you’ve got heaps of places you could buy books - so it means everything that you chose Book Hero. Here's what that means to each of us… 💬❤️
