The Wedding People

This is the most enjoyable book I have read in a long time. It made me laugh out loud in places but most importantly it prompted the opportunity to think about my own life and the way I live it. I didn't want the story to end and every time I went to finish it I stopped after a couple of pages to eek out the enjoyment. A really special book that will stay with me for ages and even get another read which is something I have never ever done!

About the Author

Alison Espach is the author of two previous novels, though The Wedding People is the first to be published in the UK. Her short stories and essays have appeared in a wide range of publications, including McSweeney's and Vogue. She is a professor of creative writing at Providence College in Rhode Island.
