The Bookshop Dog is a heartwarming tale by Harriet Evans about Scamper, a lovable dog who thrives in his home—a cosy bookshop with his owner, Paige. The entire neighbourhood holds a special place in Scamper's heart, from Miss Castellano, who lives in the grand house on the corner and is always willing to dog-sit, to Mr Ackermann with his mouth-watering homemade treats, and Huan, known for giving the best belly rubs.

As Scamper follows in his owner's footsteps by selecting page-turners for his friends, he faces a unique challenge. What can he possibly choose for Paige, who has seemingly read everything under the sun?

This charming story weaves themes of books, belonging, and a dog's persistent desire to help those around him.
