About the Author

Markus Caspers has been authoring books on design, pop culture, and fashion history since 1996. After completing his studies, he worked as an art director in advertising and as a lecturer for graphics, semiotics, and commodity aesthetics. Β He earned his doctorate in automotive design; since 2009, he has been a design and media professor at the Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences, focusing on design practice, design theory, and image conception.
