Persephone the Phony Graphic Novel
Persephone the Phony Graphic Novel sees Persephone befriending the resident bad boy, Hades, in this second book of the Goddess Girls Graphic Novel series. This series is based on the popular and long-running Goddess Girls series.
Persephone’s mum encourages her to “go along to get along” instead of pursuing what she truly desires, which often leaves her feeling insincere. However, upon meeting Mount Olympus Academy's troublemaker, Hades, Persephone feels she has finally found someone with whom she can be her true self. Hades is the first person who genuinely listens to her, and despite the other goddess girls' belief that he’s bad news, she finds herself liking him.
If Hades makes her feel special and she feels comfortable around him, can he really be as bad as others say? Persephone the Phony Graphic Novel explores these questions as Persephone learns about authenticity, friendship, and the courage to be herself.
