The Koran, now presented in a masterful and fully revised translation, is universally regarded by Muslims as the infallible Word of God. This sacred text was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad by the Angel Gabriel nearly fourteen hundred years ago. Its 114 chapters, or surahs, offer a profound narrative central to Muslim belief, encompassing a vast array of themes and directives that elucidate the path to living a life devoted to God.

This revered scripture is not only one of the world's most influential prophetic works, but also a literary masterpiece in its own right. The surahs of The Koran encapsulate critical episodes and guidelines that underscore the foundations of the Muslim faith. These include the divine covenants of prayer, fasting, and almsgiving, the pilgrimage to Mecca, and above all, the absolute faith in God and His apostle, Muhammad.

At its core, The Koran is an instruction manual for moral and spiritual conduct. It provides intricate guidelines on personal behaviour, social justice, and community welfare. Readers will find deep reflections on the nature of existence, the importance of justice and equity, and the ever-present need for compassion and mercy.

The revised translation aims to convey the profound beauty and spiritual depth of the original Arabic text, making it accessible to contemporary readers while preserving its powerful messages. Whether you are seeking spiritual guidance or looking to gain a greater understanding of Islamic teachings, this edition of The Koran serves as an essential resource for both believers and scholars alike.

Immerse yourself in this timeless sacred text that has shaped the lives of millions, offering wisdom and guidance that endures the test of time.
