After proving to his friends that they could eat better outside and over fire than at home, he started sharing a few recipes on YouTube and social media. Rather than the traditional camping fare of camp oven stews and damper, Harry began cooking the sorts of meals you'd buy in a restaurant but made it simple and did it at camp. People noticed. It didn't take long for Harry to become Australia's favourite bush cook.
