Goku's adventures from the best-selling classic manga Dragon Ball continue in this electrifying new series written by the original creator, Akira Toriyama!

After Goku rose to fame as Earth's greatest hero and gathered the seven Dragon Balls to vanquish the malevolent Boo, his life has settled into a somewhat mundane routine. However, tranquillity is fleeting, and a new threat now looms over the universe. Goku, along with his long-time rival and ally Vegeta, must gear up to face this unprecedented challenge in Dragon Ball Super, Vol. 20.

In this latest instalment, Goku and Vegeta find themselves grappling with the immense power of their ultra forms. Their struggle takes them to the edge as they face Gas, who has ascended to become the strongest warrior in the cosmos. The stakes have never been higher, and the duo's chances of victory seem uncertain. Amidst this chaos, Granolah, who has had a significant past with the protagonists, might be the key to turning the tides of battle. Can he rejoin the fray and alter the outcome?

Meanwhile, back on Earth, peace is far from restored. A pair of new superheroes emerge, making headlines and capturing the public's imagination. This fresh story arc promises to bring exciting developments and unexpected twists as these new characters unveil their abilities and motivations.

Dragon Ball Super, Vol. 20 is a compelling continuation of Akira Toriyama's beloved series. It seamlessly blends intense action with intricate storytelling, ensuring that both long-time fans and new readers will find themselves captivated. Don't miss out on the latest adventure of Goku, Vegeta, and their friends as they once again rise to defend their world and the entire universe from impending doom.

He is also known for his design work on video games such as Dragon Quest, Chrono Trigger, Tobal No. 1 and Blue Dragon. His recent manga works include COWA!, Kajika, Sand Land, Neko Majin, Jaco the Galactic Patrolman and a children's book, Toccio the Angel. He lives with his family in Japan.
