Leah Hyslop is a food writer and editor. She was a lifestyle editor at The Telegraph and then Food Director of Sainsbury’s Magazine before becoming deputy editor at Waitrose Magazine. Her first book, Made in London, was published in 2018. Leah now lives just outside of the city, and is still finding brownie crumbs all over the house.
