Amina Al-Saigh was born in Iraq, but she has spent most of her life in Canada. She is the founder of the popular Middle Eastern food blogΒ Hungry Paprikas, which she created to document authentic Middle Eastern recipes from her family. As an ex-engineer and mother of two, she is passionate about perfectly tested recipes that are approachable and easy for the busy, modern home.
