Lee Kalpakis is a professional cook—a Jane of all trades and a master of many. She has worked as a cooking show host, recipe developer, culinary producer, assistant food stylist, and private chef for companies including Bon Appetit, Epicurious, Delish, Jewish Food Society, Thrillist, and The Culinistas. She is currently developing recipes and food styling for Food52 and TheKitchn while living in her little camper in the woods.
