Our favourite Nonna is back!

Nonna Bianca first rose to Instagram fame with grandson Luke Zocchi, Chris Hemsworth’s fitness trainer. Always a foodie, long before it was trendy, Nonna Bianca’s videos of cooking with Zocchi were an instant hit. Her ‘just an extra pinch of salt and another bit of butter…’ had Zocchi shrieking, but there is no doubt about her melt-in-your-mouth flavoursome meals.

Now, after renewed interest in Nonna Bianca’s cooking through her appearances with Zocchi, she is releasing an updated and re-titled version of her favourite recipes and some of Zocchi’s. Nonna Bianca has even adapted many recipes to be suitable for coeliacs as we become more aware of gluten allergies.

As Zocchi always says: ‘Get it done!’

To which Nonna Bianca replies: ‘Sempre mangia bene! Always eat well!’
