I grab med this because I needed a break for fast paced sci-fi for a while. It served the purpose well.
Great pace and original and enjoyable story.
I’ll definitely read the authors work again
The children at the kindergarten I work at love this book and it's a pleasure to read
My 6 yr old grandson loved his first sticker book of dinosaurs and asked for the dragon one.Absolutely loved it just as much, kept him occupied for ages.
Wow I loved this book! Kit is a great unreliable narrator and Sager's writing style kept me hooked all evening while reading it. Such fascinating twists and turns.
This was a fun and cosy read with lovable characters and an interesting plot. Great for someone who wants an easy and engaging read, I'd been ready a lot of heavy books recently so this was perfect!
Really enjoyed this book, Dan Jones writes history in a way that makes it entertaining and easy to digest. A great book for someone looking for a reader friendly leap into Templar history.
Very happy with the product. Fairly sturdy, engaging for my daughter who enjoyed putting it together and we love the lights that light up this Eiffel Tower. Very pleased with the quality and i was especially thankful for the overnight delivery so that we could get this in time for Christmas. Thank you Book Hero!
The mirror is a must. Read The Inheritance first as it sets the scene, the Mirror continues the epic story and then you will NEED the third The Three Rings!! Awesome story. Love Nora Roberts!
Great illustrations and message of sharing and friendship. The sparkly silver shoes were very appealing to my three year old granddaughter!
This is hands down the best book I’ve read on leadership and operating effectively in the workplace.
This misleading rubbish should be viewed with scepticism, at best.
We read this as a book club and I think it's one of the only books we've all given 5 stars to. Its a big book but so gripping that I sped through it, and the story it shares about the life of Dasani and her family is an incredible snapshot into what is often left unseen at the borders of society where we would prefer not to look.
This novel is short and quick, and i WISH i had had another 500 pages of the stories to sink into, but somehow Anna North ties together a forensic anthropologist trying to figure out the mysteries of a body found in a bog in 2018, a druid and Celtic Queen forging political relationships, and the moss that lives omnipresent as the humans carry on. Its botanical, its mysterious, its beautifully written (especially the sections narrated by the moss itself which I loved). A unique read but one that delivers on the mysteries of the land and the people upon it.
A good read for those whom have an interest in middle earth
1 of 2 of the best recipe books I own - the 2nd is TONIGHT. Exceptional, easy, tasty recipes- we love both of them.
I love the Vera Stanhope series but it was great to read about Jimmy Perez again. Three staggered deaths of men interested in history propel the plot set in small communities of the Orkney Islands. Scandals, affairs, plagiarism, community spirit, competitiveness and petty prejudices add spice to a surprising resolution. I loved the atmosphere created by the Orkney landscape. Great holiday read.
Found this on a BookHero newsletter, and I couldn’t put this book down, I was gripped within 20 pages. I would recommend this to any leader or manager. The career, leadership style, and relatability of Bob Iger as a person, is surprising considering his status and experience. I didn’t know anything about him, but his journey to the top, and at the top, of Disney is certainly an inspirational ride of a lifetime.
Been waiting for this one for a few months, so happy it arrived before xmas my daughtwr will love it
The Names has such an interesting premise. I loved every page! I have bought it as a gift it’s so good. Highly recommend.
This book is full of yummy salads with lots of acope for variations and adding your own creative flair. Buying from Book Hero was super easy.
I had previously read Shogun and Taipan written by the same Author, both of which I enjoyed reading. Subsequently purchased King Rat, which I found disappointing and not to the level of the previous two books.
