Pencil and Ink is a new collection of Frank Cho's personal works that focuses primarily on his exceptional pencil and ink drawings. Filled with over 120 pieces from the last two decades, it contains works not published in Frank's previous book, The Art of Frank Cho. This companion title features his most recent ballpoint-pen women, nudes, sketches, and studies of the figure. These reveal Frank's passion for the human form, crosshatching, and the line, as well as his love of storytelling.

Also included are recent Sherlock Holmes and monster drawings, along with Jungle Queen commissions done over the years. With a wide range of both completed and unfinished creations, this collection gives you the opportunity to view the artist's craft through its many stages. About the Author

Frank Cho never had any formal training in art but taught himself to write and draw by reading art books and comics. He launched the comic strip Liberty Meadows on March 31, 1997. Cho was later recruited by Marvel Entertainment. He has worked on many top-tier books at Marvel, including Spider-Man, The Mighty Avengers, Hulk, X-Men, Shanna the She-Devil and Savage Wolverine. Most recently Frank has received acclaim for his Harley Quinn covers for DC. He also works on his creator-owned projects, such as Fight Girls, Skyborne and World of Payne with famed novelist Thomas Sniegoski. THOMAS E. SNIEGOSKI is the author of more than two dozen novels for adults, teens, and children. His teen fantasy YA series Fallen was adapted into a trilogy of monstrously successful TV movies by ABC Family Channel. His other books for teens include Sleeper Code, Sleeper Agenda, Legacy, and Force Majeure, as well as the series The Brimstone Network. The author's first adult novel, A Kiss Before the Apocalypse, developed into a series of novels about the character Remy Chandler. Sniegoski's work for younger readers includes the Billy Hooten: Owlboy series and the fantasy quartet Magic Zero, which he co-authored with Christopher Golden. As a comic book writer, Sniegoski's work includes Stupid, Stupid Rat Tails, a prequel miniseries to international hit Bone. Sniegoski has also written the Bone: Quest for the Spark novels. Sniegoski and Golden also wrote the graphic novel BPRD: Hollow Earth, a spinoff from Hellboy.
