Guyana follows the journey of Ana and her son, Philippe, as they grapple with the profound loss of Philippe's father. Their grief is compounded by the apparent suicide of Ana's hairstylist, Kimi. Driven by inexplicable forces, Ana delves into Kimi's past, which takes her back to the events of 1978 in Guyana. This discovery unveils interwoven tales of the north and south, the past and the present, ultimately leading to the infamous Jonestown Massacre.
