Rather, they simply prepared a recipe from the book they thought they would enjoy. All the recipes offered healthy eating choices without being high in calories.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eWe ask the reader\/cook to concentrate on healthier eating by making food choices rather than calorie counting. In fact, portion control can often be more important than calorie counting.
