Book Hero Magic formatted this description to make it easier to read. While it's new and still learning, it may not be perfect - your feedback is welcome! Description
Midoriya inherits the superpower of the world’s greatest hero, but greatness won’t come easy.

In My Hero Academia, Vol. 23, the intensity reaches new heights as the students of U.A. High School continue their rigorous training to become professional heroes. Midoriya Izuku, blessed—or perhaps burdened—with the powerful Quirk known as One For All, is put to the test in a battle training session between Class A and Class B. As both classes push their limits, they must strategise, adapt, and outsmart each other to claim victory.

The tension escalates when Midoriya falls under the influence of Shinso Hitoshi's mind control, plunging him into an eerie fugue state. Within this altered consciousness, Midoriya encounters one of the previous wielders of One For All. This mysterious meeting unveils enigmatic hints and powerful latent Quirks waiting to be unlocked within him. The revelation not only deepens the lore of One For All but also adds layers of complexity to Midoriya's journey towards mastering his power.

While the students battle it out, outside the academy walls, a new threat emerges. The Meta Liberation Army, a radical group with their own twisted ideology about Quirks and society, starts to make their sinister moves. This rising danger looms over the heroes-in-training, foreshadowing a conflict that will demand every ounce of their courage and skill.

Kohei Horikoshi masterfully blends high-octane action with intricate character development in My Hero Academia, Vol. 23. Fans of the series will be drawn deeper into the evolving world of Quirks, heroism, and the relentless pursuit of greatness. With artwork that vividly captures the intensity of battles and the emotional stakes, this volume is a must-read for both new fans and long-time followers of Midoriya's heroic journey.
